GO WITHIN • NOT WITHOUT

I was skeptical for like 5 minutes…And then my world changed….I AM holding on to this feeling for dear life.

Thank you Deidre for introducing me to the world of brain spotting. It took me a long time to finally make an appointment. I can’t begin to tell you how thankful I am. This song, (I Can See Clearly Now) keeps popping into my head! If you are waiting, consider trying it out. I Woke up this morning head and heart hurting looking for a way out of the trauma and misery I have had in my head after a lifetime of trauma and pain both inflicted by others and myself. One session later and I am looking forward to the rest of my life. I know the work continues but I got what I needed today which was relief and hope.

For many of us growing up in the church we have truly been tainted by the ideals that church is the only way to get to the benefits of relationship with God! How contrary that is to the creativeness of God! HE is certainly not one dimensional nor is his methodology. A lot of what mama nem deemed demonic was actually a lack of understanding. I was introduced to a new practice in psychology called brain spotting by the amazing vessel that Deidre A. Calcoate which is the practice of helping you identify where trauma may be being held in your mind and your body!

Im going to say this one time for those that may be stuck in the religiosity that hinders the mind from exploring new realms and practices that could offer you great freedom! Stop thinking everything is counter GOD! If the wealth of the wicked can be laid up in store for the righteous SURELY he can use a practice you're just not familiar with to bring you into an awareness even the church isn't equipped to maneuver you through!

If you are afraid of trying something new because its demonic (a lack of understanding) that is an indicator that you need to examine the place your spirit man is currently) I am by no means intimidated by the unknown because I know and am confident in the strength of where my spirit is and nothing "demonic in origin" can penetrate my spirit! That's not cocky or folly that is Solidified fact! I have authority not only over MY spirit but SPIRITS around me, so this worry that oh no I can't look into this or that is really telling on how much you trust your own spiritual gate keeping abilities. Enough of that kind of thinking its foolishness! So with that said I offer to you the wise counsel of Deidre A. Calcoate. I experienced my first brain spotting session with her yesterday as did my wife and best friend and it has been amazing! The mental block from this current season of grief loss and stagnation immediately lifted to where I was inspired again to continue writing my book. I say to all of my ppl here reading this status! PLEASE INBOX HER AND SET UP A SESSION! SHE IS A VESSEL TRUST WHAT I SAY!

Within less than an hour of Brainspotting, I was able to release resistances that I've been holding onto for months. I feel my whole body turn lighter and I even laugh with tears and joy, opening up to vulnerablity. My breathing became clearer and I returned back to wholeness. Highly recommend!!

Ms. D was just what I needed in my life today!!! Her Gentle approach was really calming and welcoming!

I had my session yesterday with Ms. Deidre A. Calcoate and it was a great experience! This session was Very helpful in identifying the root of what I was feeling! As a woman that has had A LOT of trauma and experiences in my life as well as being in the medical field this is something I needed more than I knew! I certainly recommend having a session with Ms. D. I’m so glad I did!!!
